Michelle Bailey

Michelle Bailey has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Michelle started their career in 1984 at Philip Morris, U.S.A. as a Purchasing Coordinator/HR Representative. Michelle then worked at Albemarle Corporation as a Human Resources Representative/Generalist from 1999 to 2008. In 2008, they joined Universal Leaf Tobacco Co., Inc. as an Assistant Vice President, Human Resources and held this position until 2019. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President Human Resources at Universal Leaf Tobacco Company.
