Elena Sheina

Elena Sheina is a highly experienced research scientist with a strong background in material development for advanced electronics and sensor technologies. Currently serving as a Senior Research Scientist at Universal Display Corporation since March 2020, Elena has previously held key positions such as Staff Scientist at Kateeva, where important advancements in ink formulations for printed electronics were achieved. Prior roles include Product Development Manager at pHase2 Microtechnologies, Inc., and Staff Scientist at Solvay, focusing on materials for OLED applications. With a foundational experience as a Senior Scientist at Plextronics, Inc., Elena has contributed significantly to materials design and manufacturing processes for lithium batteries and organic photovoltaics. Elena holds a PhD in Chemistry and a Master of Science in Polymer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
