Joshua Kwak is a Research Engineer I at Universal Display Corporation, where responsibilities include the assembly and design of automated testing systems for OLED devices and leading a calibration program for spectroradiometers. Previously, Joshua held the position of Manufacturing Test Engineer at B&W Tek, focusing on the development and maintenance of testing procedures while collaborating with technicians to address QC failures. As a Laboratory Research Assistant at Rowan University, Joshua contributed to chemical analysis using Raman Spectroscopy relevant to Covid-19 and epoxy reactions. Joshua began a career in customer service as a Barista at Starbucks. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Rowan University and studies at Camden County College and Penn State University.
