Jill Heron

Jill Heron is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources information systems and strategic HR initiatives, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of HRIS at UFP Industries since February 2020. In this role, Jill oversees the management of Workday and Workforce, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in meeting organizational and employee needs. Prior to UFP Industries, Jill held several key HR roles at idX Corporation, including HRIS HCM & Talent Manager and Manager of Strategic HR Initiatives, where responsibilities involved leading major HR system projects, process design, and employee onboarding.
