Shannon Evans

Shannon Evans is an accomplished transportation and logistics executive with extensive experience in supply chain management and analytics. Currently serving as VP of Transportation at UFP Industries since October 2022, Shannon previously held several strategic roles at Weyerhaeuser from January 2004 to October 2022, including Strategic Director of Supply Chain Planning & Analysis and Director of Logistics. In these positions, Shannon focused on optimizing resource allocation, enhancing customer satisfaction, and overseeing logistics operations across numerous locations. Earlier career roles included Sales and Enrollment Specialist at Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield, Commercial Lines Underwriter at State Farm Insurance Company, and Sales Coordinator at Willamette Industries. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Louisiana Tech University.
