Amanda Edwards

Amanda Edwards has extensive experience in customer service and design roles within the furniture industry. Currently serving as a Design Concierge and previously as a Designer Customer Service Specialist at Universal Furniture since March 2013, Amanda has developed a strong skill set in client relations and design assistance. Prior to this, Amanda held the position of Director of Designer Relations at Mobital Design Group from November 2020 to June 2021, and served as Customer Service Manager at Rug & Home from September 2010 to March 2013.
