Jodi Ziskin has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 1994, they worked as a Media Relations Specialist at Chernoff Silver & Associates. From 1996 to 1998, they served as a Senior Account Executive at Zynyx Marketing. From 1998 to 2010, Jodi worked as a Consultant, specializing in Media Relations, as a self-employed professional. Jodi then joined Examiner.com as a Cat Health Writer from 2010 to 2014. In 2012, they started working as a Nutrition Consultant at Lap Of Love Veterinary Hospice, providing guidance on nutrition for geriatric or terminally ill pets. In 2017, Jodi joined Treatibles, where they held roles as Content/Communications/Pet Health from 2017 to 2019, and as Director of Communications from 2019 to 2021. Since 2012, they have also been the Nutrition and Enrichment Consultant for Pets at Healthy Pet Coach, where they empower pet parents with accurate information through presentations, workshops, lectures, and private consultations. Currently, Jodi is the Vice President of Customer Success North America at Truescope (formerly known as Universal Information Services) starting from 2022.
Jodi Ziskin pursued their education in a chronological order. Jodi first attended Emerson College from 1983 to 1986, where they focused on Mass Communications/Media Studies. Following a gap in their education, they resumed their studies in 2006 at Clayton College of Natural Health. Jodi completed their Master of Science degree from 2006 to 2009 in Holistic Nutrition and Holistic Animal Care. Finally, they enrolled at Sacred Heart University in 1986 and graduated in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Media Studies.
