Heather McKibben

Heather McKibben has a strong background in sales and marketing, with a focus on the insurance industry. Heather began their career in 2006 as a Regional Sales Manager at Fidelity National Financial, where they marketed property and casualty insurance products to independent agencies in Northern California. During their time there, they provided training and support to agencies and qualified prospective clients. In 2013, they transitioned to Universal North America, where they held various leadership roles, including Director of Sales for California, Nevada, and Hawaii, Assistant Vice President Sales, and most recently, Vice President - Sales and Marketing.

Heather McKibben attended California State University, Chico from 1988 to 1991, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
