Pam Day has extensive experience in management and client services within the insurance and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as Team Manager at Universal North America Insurance since July 2016, Pam oversees operations for a specialist unit focused on high-value national builder clients. Prior experience includes a role as a Licensed Insurance Agent at AAA Auto Club South, where Pam provided professional counsel and service in Personal Lines and Life and Health products. From May 2004 to February 2015, Pam acted as Executive Director for Friends of Arts and Humanities Inc, leading a volunteer workforce and managing numerous fundraising events. Additionally, Pam owned and presided over Great Escape Enterprises LLC, where operational budgeting and performance assessment were key responsibilities. Pam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
