George Smith-Graham

He was the first CEO of the Fair Wages and Salaries Commission (FWSC) of Ghana and led the full implementation of the Single Spine Pay Policy. He worked as the Senior Vice President, and Head of Human Capital Management and Administration of Databank Group.
