Erin M. Routson serves as the VP, Head of Creative, eCommerce & Label Services at Universal Music Group since July 2020, after a role as Creative Director at 160over90, where Erin worked with notable clients such as the Philadelphia Eagles and Cleveland Cavaliers. Prior to these positions, Erin held significant roles in various companies, including Art Director for wet n wild beauty at Markwins Beauty Brands Global and Art Director at HATCHBEAUTY, overseeing design teams and projects. Erin's experience also includes a Director position at L'Oréal for Ralph Lauren Fragrances, and contributions to academic and research fields as a visiting critic and senior researcher. Erin holds an MFA in Design Criticism from the School of Visual Arts and a BS in Graphic Design from the University of Cincinnati. Additionally, Erin completed a Professional Certificate in End of Life Care from the University of Vermont in 2023.
