Gino Marliani

Gino Marliani is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leading organizational change and talent management across diverse industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Universal Music Group since February 2020, Gino drives global change initiatives and oversees organizational design for a business impacting approximately 4,000 employees. Prior to this role, Gino held the position of Chief People Officer at Fuse Media Inc., where significant employee value propositions were established, and a future-state organizational model was designed. With a solid foundation in commercial strategy and human resources at Discovery Communications for over 15 years, Gino has managed complex mergers and acquisitions and provided executive HR leadership across various business units. Gino began a career in human resources at Hyatt Hotels Corporation and gained operational experience as General Manager at B&H Entertainment. Gino holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from San Francisco State University.
