Niffel Jia

Niffel Jia has extensive experience in human resources and inclusion management, currently serving as Associate Director for People, Inclusion & Culture at Universal Music Group since May 2019, after progressing through roles including Senior Manager and HR BP Manager. Prior to Universal Music Group, Niffel held the position of HRBP Lead at MAMA INC. and worked as HR Manager at Publicis Communications, where insights into the communications industry's demands were gained. Additionally, Niffel served as HR Manager at GroupM, a leader in media investment management. Educationally, Niffel holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from City University of Seattle, completed in 2020.
