Sarah Siemens

Sarah Siemens has extensive experience in people development and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as Director at Universal Music Group since August 2018, where previous roles included Senior Manager and Organizational Development Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Ares Management, L.P. as an Associate and Consultant in Corporate Services from July 2017 to August 2018, and internships at Vitae USA and Global Context in early 2017. Sarah also founded Gators Applied while studying at the University of Florida, where a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology was obtained, followed by a Master’s Degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Southern California. Additional experience encompasses roles in social media strategy and workplace improvement consulting.
