Ben Heller

Ben Heller is an experienced professional in project management and operational planning, currently serving as the Director of Operational Planning and Project Alignment & Implementation at Universal Destinations & Experiences since December 2021. Previously, Ben held various roles at Universal Creative from October 2007 to December 2021, including Assistant Director and Manager of Projects, Technical Consultant, and Manager of Construction. Before that, Ben worked at Universal Orlando Resort from May 2000 to October 2007 in project coordination and park operations. Ben earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida between 2010 and 2013.
