Caryl Lucarelli

Caryl Lucarelli has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources spanning over several companies and industries. From 1989 to 1990, they worked at Eastman Machine Company as Assistant Treasurer and Director of Human Resources, managing various HR functions and performing treasury duties. Later, from 1990 to 1998, they joined Dresser-Rand as the Manager of Employee Relations, leading initiatives in global mobility, employee relations, and organizational development. Lucarelli then joined Volvo Trucks in 1998 as the Manager of Compensation, where they played a pivotal role in developing and administering global HR policies and systems, as well as leading HR process re-engineering and ISO 9000 compliant initiatives.

In 1999, Lucarelli joined Brambles as the Global Director of Engagement COE, overseeing various engagement initiatives until 2004. Caryl then moved on to HD Supply as Vice President of Human Resources from 2004 to 2007, followed by a role as Vice President of Human Resources at Tech Data from 2007 to 2015.

Caryl'smost recent positions include Vice President of Human Resources at Universal Parks & Resorts, where they focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion, and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Universal Creative, International, New Ventures & UPE. With their extensive experience in HR leadership roles, Lucarelli has demonstrated expertise in various areas such as talent management, mobility, and strategic HR planning.

Caryl Lucarelli holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from Clemson University. Caryl also obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial Labor Relations from the University of New Haven.
