Eduard Rozen, MBA, PSPO, PSM, PMP, currently serves as a Product Manager for Digital Experience Product Development at Universal Parks & Resorts, leading initiatives to enhance guest and operational experiences. Previously, Eduard worked as a Digital Product Owner at AAA, where a new digital strategy transformed the AAA Travel experience. Eduard also contributed to Concepta Tech as a Product Owner, implementing Agile methodologies that significantly improved release cycles. Prior experience includes a role as AVP at C3Research, overseeing product development and operations, and an academic background featuring a Master's Degree in Business Analytics with Summa Cum Laude honors from Florida International University, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida.
