Gsp Rachel Smith

Rachel Smith, GSP, currently serves as the Senior Trainer of Environmental, Health & Safety at Universal Destinations & Experiences since May 2023. Previously, Rachel held roles at The Walt Disney Company, including Safety Services Intern from June 2022 to May 2023 and Golden Oak Club Member Services Coordinator from October 2018 to November 2020. Additionally, Rachel worked as a Guest Relations Hostess at Walt Disney World from January 2015 to October 2018, where responsibilities included guiding special tours and coordinating guest services. Earlier experience includes serving as a Cabana Hostess at Cedar Fair Entertainment Company from June 2013 to August 2016. Rachel holds a Master of Science in Occupational Safety and Health Technology from Eastern Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Arts in Music and Jewish Studies from Miami University.
