Jake Louden

Jake Louden possesses extensive experience in mobile application delivery and digital transformation within the entertainment and theme park industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager, App Delivery & Strategy at Universal Destinations & Experiences, Jake leads multiple cross-functional agile teams and engages stakeholders to develop and deploy enterprise mobile applications. Previous roles include Manager of Mobile Delivery and Supervisor of Universal Parks Technology at Universal Parks & Resorts, where Jake implemented innovative gamification elements and established a mobile support team to enhance guest experiences. As a Senior Programmer Analyst, Jake was responsible for project concept development and front-end development. Additionally, Jake operated as a Freelance Web and Graphic Designer at Louden Design, and served as Status Lead for Attractions Operations at Universal Orlando Resort.
