Dhaval Patel is the Founder and Chairman of Universal Partners FX, a role undertaken since March 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing front, back, and middle teams, delivering scalable solutions for business retention and growth, and fostering strong client and staff relationships. Dhaval Patel has a proven track record in management training, strategic planning, risk governance, and streamlining business processes for enhanced efficiency. Prior to this, Dhaval Patel served as a Corporate FX Manager at a deliverable currency company, managing a UK corporate division with 40 traders, and also held the position of Retail Banking Relationship Manager at Santander UK from April 2007 to February 2011.
