Rachel Claussen

Rachel Claussen is a Clinical Manager at Universal Pediatrics since June 2023, with prior experience as a Patient Care Manager at Hospice of the Midwest and a Clinical Research Nurse at ICON plc. Rachel has been self-employed as a Birth Doula since 2005 and worked as a Registered Nurse at Mary Greeley Medical Center from 2015 to 2022. Educationally, Rachel is pursuing certification as a Nurse Midwife and has completed studies at Des Moines Area Community College and Minneapolis College. Rachel has also held managerial roles at Fire & Ice and Zale, and worked as a Flight Attendant for Pinnacle Airlines Corp.
