Jo Pascoe has extensive experience in brand development and consumer products, currently serving as Vice President of Universal Brand Development for ANZ and SEA at Universal Pictures since November 2016. Previously, Jo held significant roles at DreamWorks Animation as Head of Licensing Asia Pacific, and at McPherson's Consumer Products leading the integration and strategy for the acquisition of Furi Global. Prior to these roles, Jo spent over eight years at Disney Consumer Products, with various leadership positions focusing on live action licensing, retail marketing, and franchise development, contributing to substantial revenue growth across multiple product lines. Jo holds a Master's degree in Marketing from Monash University.
