Tracy Hackshaw

Tracy Hackshaw currently serves as Chef d'Entreprise for the .POST Business Management Unit at the Universal Postal Union, overseeing a diverse portfolio related to the .POST sponsored Top Level Domain. Concurrently, Tracy is involved with ICANN since October 2018 in various leadership roles, including Co-Chair of the GAC Underserved Regions Working Group and Chair-Elect of the Nominating Committee. Tracy's professional background also includes a longstanding association with DiploFoundation as a lecturer and researcher in Internet Governance and Technology Policy, and co-coordination of the UN-IGF Dynamic Coalition on Small Island Developing States. Other roles include membership in the Trinidad and Tobago Bureau of Standards and various advisory and directorship positions within technology and internet governance organizations. Tracy holds multiple degrees and certifications, including a Master's degree in Small & Medium Enterprise Management from the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business.
