Lidia Gonzalez

Lidia Gonzalez has over 25 years of experience in the insurance and operations management sectors. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Universal Property and Casualty Insurance Company since March 2015, Lidia previously held the role of General Manager at Aplin Peer & Associates, Inc. from December 2004 to March 2015, where responsibilities included new client implementation and employee training. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President of Claims at American Superior Insurance Company from December 1997 to November 2004, overseeing the claims department and managing vendor relationships, and as Assistant General Manager at Florida International Insurance Association from 1985 to 1997, focusing on lead development and referral relationships.
