Matthew Webb

Matthew Webb is a multifaceted general manager with a strong background in operational excellence. Currently serving as the general manager at Southern Aluminum Finishing Co, Inc., they oversee key distribution operations and batch anodizing. Previously, Matthew held various managerial roles, including manufacturing engineering manager at Raytheon ELCAN Optical Technologies and plant manager positions at Valassis and Dexter Axle Company, where they drove significant performance improvements. Matthew has also been actively engaged in education, pursuing an Honors Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at The University of Texas at Arlington.
