Graziella Mae Pons, MS SHRM, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within the HR field. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner and Chapter Lead Agile Coach at Universal Robina Corporation since October 2017, Graziella has also held positions such as Human Resources Officer and Human Resources Associate within the Flour Division. Prior experience includes roles as HR Generalist at A CJ O Shopping Corporation and Recruitment Specialist at Startek Philippines, among others. Graziella holds a Master of Science in Strategic Human Resources Management from Miriam College and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Centro Escolar University.
