Roger Banta

Roger Banta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and international business development within the consumer goods industry. Currently serving as the General Manager for International Trading Operations and URCI Sales Capability Director at Universal Robina Corporation since January 2025, Banta previously held the role of Director for International Business Development at Universal Robina Munchy's. Banta's tenure at Universal Robina Corporation also includes significant positions such as Sales Operations and Capability Development Director, where responsibilities included managing distributor operations and enhancing sales organization effectiveness. Prior experience encompasses leadership roles at Danone Universal Robina Beverages as Sales Director, National Sales Manager at Nestlé Professional, and various positions at Nestlé Philippines, where Banta managed key accounts and sales teams.
