Arian Chien

Arian CHIEN is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR AVP and Senior Director at Universal Scientific Industrial (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. since October 2011, overseeing HR operations for multiple regions including Taiwan, China, Japan, the US, Mexico, and Poland. Arian CHIEN has held various HR leadership roles, including HR Director and HR Associate Director, with responsibilities encompassing headquarters and local HR management. Prior to this, Arian CHIEN worked as a Senior Manager at Quanta Computer Inc., managing the Employee Welfare Committee, and progressed from a Specialty role to Senior Manager at USI, where Arian CHIEN acted as the Global HR Head overseeing an extensive team across several locations. Arian CHIEN holds an Executive HR degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and an MBA in Technology Transfer from National Chi Nan University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from National Cheng Kung University.
