At FINCA International, they worked as a Project Leader, assessing information loss and value in CRM tools and implementing methodologies for survey evaluation.

In the public sector, Ben served in various roles at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, including Chief of Program Analysis and Evaluation and PA&E Team Lead. Ben oversaw the development of data-driven resource requirement models and evaluated the effectiveness of immigration enforcement policies.

Most recently, Ben served as the Director of Strategy and Insight at Universal Service Administrative Co., where they utilized their skills in strategic planning and analysis.

Throughout their career, Ben has demonstrated expertise in data analysis, program evaluation, and strategic planning across various industries and sectors.
