Elfren Castro

Elfren Castro is the Senior Manager of Contributor Operations - Finance at Universal Service Administrative Co. (USAC) since July 2022. Prior to their current role, Elfren has held positions such as Director - Service Operations - Technology Expense Management at Calero-MDSL, Program Manager - VTM - Implementation and Onboarding at Vodafone, and Director - Audit Operations - Telecom Cost Savings/Recovery at Tangoe. With extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, Elfren also has previous experience at Verizon Communications in various customer service and call center roles. Elfren holds a BS in Management Science from Kean University and an MS in Telecommunications Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.
