Gary Bolling, PMP, currently serves as an IT Portfolio Manager at Universal Service Administrative Co. (USAC) since December 2018, where responsibilities include managing project communications, prioritization, risk mitigation, and resource allocation within the Enterprise Data Services organization. Prior to USAC, Gary was a Project Manager at Inova Health System, overseeing complex projects for the Inova Genomics Lab and other initiatives. From June 2006 to December 2015, Gary worked at Humana Inc. in various project management roles, focusing on large-scale projects related to clinical and administrative processes. Earlier experience includes a role as a Process Consultant and a Data Analyst at Humana Inc., along with a brief internship at Dish Network. Gary holds a Master’s degree from Purdue University and a Bachelor’s degree from Penn State University.
