Kevin Risser is a seasoned professional in product management and consumer support, currently serving as Manager of Consumer & Support Center Products at Universal Service Administrative Co. (USAC) since July 2022. Previously, Kevin held the title of Senior Product Manager at Ad Hoc LLC for a short duration in 2022 and worked as a Product Manager and Program Analyst at USAC from February 2017 to March 2022, focusing on Lifeline programs. Kevin's experience also includes a role as Customer Service Manager at BuybackBoss.com and a Research Intern at The Brookings Institution. Kevin graduated with a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Syracuse University - Maxwell School and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems and Global Politics from Arizona State University.
