Mark Sweeney has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Mark began their career at BT in 1984, where they developed and implemented standard processes and systems for network services. Mark later worked at the Ministry of PTT Saudi Telecom, where they created the Sales & Marketing Department and supported the development of new services. At BT Global Services, they managed international product quality for customer service. Mark then joined Concert Communications, where they led system launch programs and served as Chief of Product Operations in the Global Products Division. At XO Communications, they held multiple roles including Chief Process Officer and VP of Business Process Management, driving process improvements and outsourcing projects. At Windstream, they served as the Senior Vice President of Service Delivery, Head of Enterprise Customer Experience, and Vice President of Engineering Processes and Programs. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer at USAC, where they are leading the modernization and transformation of operations. Throughout their career, they have focused on improving customer experience, driving revenue growth, and delivering key corporate objectives.
Mark Sweeney completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Sussex/ University of California, having attended from 1978 to 1982.
