Sabina also holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration and Social Service Professions from the Academy of Public Administration under President of Azerbaijan, which they obtained from 1992 to 1997. In terms of certifications, Sadirkhanova earned their PHR (Professional in Human Resources) from the HR Certification Institute in February 2008, and they obtained their SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional) from SHRM in February 2015.
