Sabina Sadirkhanova, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent position being the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Universal Service Administrative Co. Sabina also holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration and Social Service Professions from the Academy of Public Administration under President of Azerbaijan, which they obtained from 1992 to 1997.
