Allison Edgerton

Allison Edgerton is a seasoned business consultant and strategic advisor with extensive experience in the retail and fashion sectors. Currently serving as a member of WE ARE THE BOARD and The WIE Suite, Allison also holds positions as a strategic advisor for Universal Standard and Lo & Sons, and as a board and executive advisor for Stix. As the founder of Wallpaper Ventures, Allison provides mentorship and expertise to early-stage startups on various aspects of business management, including strategic planning and fundraising. Prior roles include President and Vice President of Merchandising, Planning & Business Development at Birchbox, Senior Director/Category GM at Under Armour, and VP/Head of International Merchandising at J.Crew. Allison holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Colgate University.
