Lillian Christiansen Bond

Lillian Christiansen Bond has extensive work experience in various marketing and communications roles. Lillian currently works as the Manager of CRM at European Wax Center since March 2023. Prior to this, Lillian was employed at Arhaus as the Senior Manager of Relationship and Email Marketing from January 2021 to October 2022. Before that, they served as the Retention and Email Marketing Manager at Nurture Life from January 2020 to November 2020.

Lillian also worked at Shop Your Way as the Strategic Marketing Manager from March 2018 to January 2020, and as a Brand Strategy Consultant at Finch Brands from April 2017 to March 2018. Lillian began their career at Lilly Pulitzer, where they held two roles: Digital Analytics Associate from February 2016 to April 2017 and Rotational Program Associate from August 2015 to February 2016.

In addition, Lillian gained valuable experience during their time at the University of Richmond. Lillian served as a Senior Intern in the Office of Admissions and as a Speech Consultant at the Speech Center from August 2014 to May 2015. Lillian also worked as an Ecommerce Merchandising Intern at Lilly Pulitzer from May 2014 to July 2014.

Lillian's early career included internships at Brooks Adams Research as a Marketing Research Intern from August 2013 to December 2013 and at Hagerty (U.S.) as a Corporate Communications Intern from May 2013 to August 2013.

Lillian Christiansen Bond attended the University of Richmond from 2011 to 2015. Lillian obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from the university during this time.
