Michelle Min Hwa Lee

Michelle Min Hwa Lee has held various production and sourcing roles since 2010. Michelle Min Hwa began their career as a Production Manager at NEA Label in 2010, followed by a similar role at Carolina Amato Inc. in 2011. In 2012, they took on a Production Manager role at Eugenia Kim, and in 2015 they became a PD + Production Manager - Sportswear at Dolce Vita Footwear. In 2016, they joined Elizabeth and James as a Production Manager, and also began their tenure at Universal Standard, where they have held the roles of VP, Product Development + Supply Chain, Head of Product Development and Strategic Sourcing, Director of Global Sourcing Operations, and Product Development, Production, and Sourcing Manager.

Michelle Min Hwa Lee has attended three educational institutions. Michelle Min Hwa obtained an AAS in Fashion Merchandising Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology, a Bachelor of Science (BS) in International Trade and Marketing for Fashion Industries from the Fashion Institute of Technology, and a PD in Fashion Design from Istituto Europeo di Design.
