Renee Gamble

Renee Gamble started their career in 1995 as an Adviser for the Office of the Hon Senator John Faulkner, where they prepared analysis and advice on policy and legislation. After that, they worked as a Business Development Manager for Connect Interactive Business Services, focusing on IP communications call center start-ups. From 2001 to 2004, they were the Director of the Fixed Line Telecommunications Practice in the Asia Pacific for International Data Corporation, where they managed a team responsible for research and forecasting in the telecom industry. In 2004, they joined Microsoft and held various roles including APAC Market Intelligence and Planning Manager, Director of Business Management in APAC, and OEM Director. Renee also served as the State Director for Microsoft in NSW. In 2015, they joined Google as the Country Manager ANZ for Google Cloud before taking on their current role as the Managing Director of Sales for Google's media and advertising business in Sydney. Renee has also been a Non-Executive Director for Universal Store since 2021.

Renee Gamble's education history includes a Commerce degree in Electronic Commerce from Curtin University (1999-2001), an Australian National Internship Program in International Relations and Affairs from The Australian National University (1994-1995), and a Social Science degree in policy from the University of Technology Sydney (1992-1995). Additionally, Renee has obtained certifications in Crisis Supporter Workplace Training from Lifeline Australia and the Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2022.
