Holly Mendence

Holly Mendence currently serves as the Senior Manager of Quality Assurance and Compliance at Universal Studios Hollywood, responsible for leading Quality Engineering, Quality Control, and Compliance teams in the Ride and Show maintenance division since March 2024. Previously, Holly held the position of Quality Assurance Manager for Technical Services at NBCUniversal Media, LLC from July 2015 to March 2024, focusing on quality assurance and control in a state-regulated Amusement Park. Early in the career, Holly gained experience as a Quality Engineer at Delta Hi-Tech, a Quality Supervisor at Superfocus, and a Quarantine Inspector in a contract role with Honda Performance Development. Additional experience includes serving as an Intelligence Analyst in the US Air Force Reserve and working as a Computer Aided Design Programmer and Quality Assurance Supervisor in manufacturing. Holly holds a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Sciences from the New York Institute of Technology and an Associate of Science in Metrology and Calibration from Macomb Community College.
