Kuniko Fujii

Kuniko Fujii has extensive work experience in human resources and corporate communications. Kuniko is currently the VP of Corporate Communications at Universal Studios Japan, where they have been working since 2020. Prior to this role, they held the position of VP of Human Resources at the same company from 2020 to 2022. From 2017 to 2020, Fujii worked at Diva Corporation, part of the AVANT Group, as the Head of HR and General Affairs. Kuniko also served as a Corporate Officer, HR at Diva Corporation from 2017 to 2018. Earlier in their career, Fujii held various positions at AVANT CORPORATION and MTI Ltd., including CHO, General Manager of Human Resources, and General Manager of HR Development. Kuniko began their career in 1991 at RIHGA ROYAL HOTELS, where they worked in public relations and human resources.

Kuniko Fujii obtained a Bachelor's degree in Child Psychology from Osaka University in 1991. Kuniko further pursued their education at Globis University, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Graduate School of Management between 2008 and 2010.
