John Gay

John Gay has extensive work experience in the financial and education sectors. John started their career at Sallie Mae as a Senior Project Manager in 1994 and worked there until 1998. John then joined State Street Corporation as an Operations Manager from 1998 to 2000. After that, they worked at SunGard as a Manager of Professional Services from 2000 to 2003. In the same period, they also held the role of Director of Implementations at Nelnet - Chela Education Financing, Inc. In 2003, they joined Nelnet as a Director of Institutional Support and worked there until 2008. From 2008 onwards, John Gay has been working at Universal Technical Institute, holding the positions of VP of Compliance & Student Finance and VP of Financial Aid & Student Finance.

John Gay earned their MBA degree from Bentley University - McCallum Graduate School of Business from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English at Worcester State University between 1990 and 1993.
