Jose Velasquez

Jose Velasquez is an experienced instructional designer and technologist currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at Universal Technical Institute, Inc. since September 2022. Previously, Jose held positions at Service King Collision Repair Centers as an Instructional Designer, where responsibilities included creating courses for hazardous waste and NPI disposal programs, and at City Electric Supply as e-Learning Team Lead, overseeing project management and e-learning module development. With a background in education, including roles as a High School Spanish Teacher and Elementary EFL Teacher, Jose possesses a strong foundation in instructional design and technology integration, complemented by a Master’s degree in Educational Technology from The University of British Columbia.
