Susan Davis

Susan Davis, JD, SPHR has extensive work experience in human resources. Susan most recently served as the Regional HR Director at Universal Technical Institute, Inc. since July 2021. Previously, they worked as a Senior HR Leader at Accruent from February 2019 to July 2021. Before that, they worked as a Senior HR Consultant and Director of Human Resources at various companies such as Consultant, Smile Doctors LLC, and Lone Star Circle of Care. Susan also held positions as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Austin HR and as an Associate Director of Human Resources at Dialysis Clinic, Inc. Susan's early career included roles as an Employee Relations/Benefits Manager at Independence Air and an EEO Analyst at LSG Sky Chefs. Throughout their career, Susan has demonstrated expertise in managing personnel actions, representing companies in legal proceedings, conducting investigations, and facilitating training programs related to diversity awareness and harassment prevention.

Susan Davis, JD, SPHR obtained a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma. Susan then went on to earn their J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. In 1985, they obtained their Texas Law License from the Texas State Bar. In 2016, they obtained their Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
