Andrea Hearing

Andrea Hearing has extensive experience in proposal development and business management within the defense and technology sectors. As Proposal Development Director at Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. since July 2014, Andrea manages a proposal development team focusing on both DoD and non-DoD initiatives, utilizing proposal automation tools for effective business pipeline management. Previously, Andrea served at Engility Corporation as Proposal Tools Manager and Business Development Manager, where significant contributions were made to major proposal support and strategic business development. Earlier experience at CSC included roles in the Technical Advisory Staff and as Proposal Center Manager, overseeing full-service proposal development and production. Andrea holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Rowan University.
