Lowell Seward has extensive experience in contract management and business development. Lowell began their career in 2006 as the Director of Contracts at Technology & Mgt Intl, where they managed various contracts and ensured compliance. In 2009, they joined Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. as the VP Contracts, where they oversaw all aspects of contracts, developed the purchasing department, and created the Vendor Management System. Lowell also held the role of Vice President Contracts and Director of Business Development during their time at Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc.
Lowell Seward attended Camden County College from 1990 to 1995, where they earned an Associate's degree in Finance, General. Lowell then pursued further education at Columbia Southern University from 1998 to 2000, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
