Victoria Kempf

Victoria Kempf is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business development and capture management within the defense and government sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Capture at Amentum since October 2021, Victoria has held pivotal roles at various organizations, including Capture Executive positions at Peraton and Perspecta, and Vice President of Sales for Defense at ManTech. With over two decades of experience, including significant tenure at CSRA and CSC, Victoria has led strategic pursuits for opportunities ranging from $100 million to $6 billion, directing the development and execution of comprehensive business strategies. Victoria also possesses a solid foundation in proposal management, having started their career as a Proposal Manager at DecisionOne before advancing to senior roles focused on delivering key proposals for Department of Defense initiatives. Victoria is an alumnus of Montgomery College.
