Charlie Mularski

Charlie Mularski has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 25 years. Charlie started their career as a Mechanical Engineer Intern at PDVSA Petroleos de Venezuela S.A. in 1996. Charlie then worked as a Sales Engineer for Duncan Industrial Batteries in Venezuela from 1997 to 1998.

In 1999, Charlie joined Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc. and held various roles within the company. Charlie started as a Marketing Analyst and then moved on to become an Account Manager. From 2004 to 2005, they served as a General Manager and later transitioned to the role of International Development Project Manager. Charlie then became a Director from 2006 to 2009, managing various responsibilities within the organization.

Charlie's career progressed further as they took on the role of VP Strategic Acquisitions and Business Development from 2009 to 2012, where they managed all acquisitions and new ventures for the company. Charlie then became the Regional Vice President for Asia Pacific from 2012 to 2017, overseeing operations and business functions in six countries.

From 2017 to 2021, Charlie held senior leadership positions at Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc., including Executive Vice President International and Board Member and Executive Vice President Global Operations. In these roles, they managed the company's international portfolio, focused on growth and optimization, and led teams towards customer service excellence.

In addition to their roles at Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc., Charlie also served as Chairman of the Board and Vice Chairman of the Board at AsBAA- Asian Business Aviation Association from 2013 to 2017. Charlie played a significant role in developing the association, creating a strong voice for the business aviation industry in Asia.

In 2005, Charlie founded Centros Plaza, Inc., where they worked as an Entrepreneur and Startup Founder. This venture showcased their entrepreneurial skills and business acumen.

In 2004, they completed a program in Business Valuation, and in 2006, they participated in a program for High Potential Leadership. Additionally, Charlie holds certifications from the Federal Aviation Administration, including an Instrument Rating obtained in July 2023 and a Private Aircraft Pilot certification obtained in August 2021.
