Jessica Rivera-Rudak

Jessica Rivera-Rudak currently serves as the Assistant Data Protection Officer and Senior Legal Counsel at Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc., where responsibilities encompass providing strategic legal advice to the Information Technology and Global Products Teams and managing a variety of technology contracts. Prior to this role, Jessica worked as an Associate at Haynes and Boone, LLP, gaining experience in both the Business Litigation and Mergers and Acquisitions practice groups, which enhanced the ability to identify potential pitfalls in deals that may lead to litigation. Jessica holds a Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Spanish from Messiah University.
