Raquel Torres

Raquel Torres is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles across various industries. Currently serving as President, Board Member, and Chief Ecosystem Officer at UniversalAutomation.org since July 2023, Raquel also holds the position of Vice President at Schneider Electric. Prior to this, Raquel was the Director of Global Alliances EMEA - Cloud at AVEVA and founded Fashward, a pioneering European rental platform for designer clothing. Raquel's career includes roles at SAP, Ontruck, Microsoft, and OSIsoft, where responsibilities ranged from senior sales to project management. Educational qualifications include an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Master of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, complemented by ongoing training in transformational leadership at HEC Paris.
