Chloe Fitzgerald

Chloe Fitzgerald has a diverse work experience history. Chloe started their career at Liverpool Football Club, where they worked as a Kiosk staff member for two seasons, demonstrating strong customer service skills to achieve sales targets. After that, Chloe joined Argos as a Customer Service Staff member, assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases during the Christmas period. Chloe then transitioned to Just ONE Health & Social Care Limited, where they first served as a Human Resources Administrator, ensuring necessary documentation and references for social care positions. Later, they took on the role of Compliance Officer, responsible for maintaining up-to-date DBS certificates and handling administrative tasks. Chloe further expanded their HR experience at FSEV LIMITED as an HR & Compliance Administrator before joining Universally Speaking as a People Administrator.

Chloe Fitzgerald began their education by obtaining their A Levels (BTEC) in Business Studies from St John Bosco Arts College, where they studied from 2016 to 2018. Following that, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Management at Liverpool Hope University, completing their studies in 2021. Currently, Chloe is enrolled at Liverpool John Moores University, where they are expected to complete their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resource Management by 2023.
